Answer to Shareholders' Inquiries

Q. Why isn’t Kenilworth mentioned in the Indiana House Enrolled Act 1120 ?

A. The Indiana Gaming Commission must have an open mind before they negotiate with a single contractor for the live in-progress casino table game broadcasts. Since Kenilworth owns the exclusive Patents, the Commission can recognize Kenilworth as the lone contractor. Until that takes place, Kenilworth obviously can not be mentioned in the proposed study ordered by House Enrolled Act 1120.
