Kenilworth Systems Corporation and Roulabette™ are Bolstered by Nevada’s OK for use of Remote Wireless Gaming Devices

MINEOLA, N.Y., June 14, 2005 -- Kenilworth Systems Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: KENS) A spokesman for Kenilworth commented: “A giant leap forward in the natural progression for its REMOTE LIVE GAME BROADCASTS occurred when the use of Remote Wireless wagering, using Mobile Devices similar to PDAs and cell phones was unanimously passed by the Nevada State Legislature and signed into law by Governor Guinn last week.”

The patented “Bet as You Watch Casino on TV” service called Roulabette™ will be primarily deployed in conjunction with Lottery Systems, both in the U.S. and in foreign countries to manage and record the wagering activities of Remote Players.

Digital satellite and digital cable subscribers will be able to go to their local lottery agents and make deposits and/or collect winnings, in the same manner as if they are purchasing lottery tickets, using pre-encoded “Roulabette™ Play Cards” inserted into the Lottery terminals.

Exclusively licensing lotteries and their operators for the CASH DEPOSITS ONLY required for wagering on the Roulabette™ program allows Kenilworth to ensure that the underaged won’t participate in the casino action. Lottery terminal operators must observe the minimum age laws under criminal penalties. A special effort will also be made to identify compulsive gamblers. By monitoring all wagering action with the lottery’s private data system, the system will be able to identify problematic gamblers and limit or shut down their obsessive gambling habits.

The Roulabette™ programs will include casino entertainment and commentators (much like commentators of poker tournaments and sporting events) in order to assist players with the rules and strategies of the games.

The Nevada law permits gamblers, while a guest on the premises of a Nevada casino, to wager on virtual casino games of roulette, slots, live sports book, including, but not limited to, simulcast horseracing on the casino premises at pool sides, in restaurants, bars or anywhere in the casino hotel except guest rooms.

Proponents of the mobile devices say the remote gambling option, in public locations at resorts, would help Nevada casinos remain competitive despite the rapid expansion of Virtual casino Internet Betting, the expansion of Indian Casinos, and major resorts under consideration elsewhere in the U.S. and around the world.

Kenilworth is engaged in active lobbying in four (4) selected U.S. States for permission to broadcast from or into the states of Roulabette™ live in-progress casino table game wagering to digital satellite and digital cable subscribers, and in states that already simulcast horse/dog races, have Video Lottery Terminals at their racetracks. There are more than 500 tracks and Off Track Betting (OTB establishments in the U.S. Most of these facilities provide private television sets with touch pad operation allowing patrons to select racetracks at which they wish to wager, watch television sporting events, the news, and the stock market or, as planned by Kenilworth, wager on live in-progress casino table games, a multi-billion dollar market.
