Directions to Shareholders Meeting Tuesday, September 13, 2005, 12:00 Noon:
 
Southern State Parkway: Take Exit 22 North (Meadowbrook Parkway) and follow instruction from Meadowbrook Parkway below.
 
Meadowbrook Parkway Northbound: follow signs to Northern State Parkway West (Stay left at fork). Get in the right lane and take next exit 31 (Glen Cove Road). Bear right and turn right onto Glen Cove Road (South). Go 4/10 of mile to second traffic light. Turn Left onto Jericho Turnpike and continue east for 3/10 of a mile. *see below.
 
Long Island Expressway Westbound: Take Exit 39 (Glen Cove Road). Make a Left and head South on Glen Cove Road for 1.8 miles. Turn Left onto Jericho Turnpike.  Continue east for 3/10 of a mile. *see below.
 
Long Island Expressway Eastbound: Take Exit 39 (Glen Cove Road). Make a Right and head south on Glen Cove Road for 1.8 miles. Turn Left onto Jericho Turnpike. Continue east for 3/10 of a mile. *see below.
 
Northern State Parkway Westbound: Take exit 31a (Meadowbrook Parkway) Stay right and follow signs to Glen Cove Road. Turn Right on Glen Cove Road and proceed to Jericho Turnpike. Make right on Jericho Turnpike. Continue east for 3/10 of a mile. *see below.
 
Northern State Parkway Eastbound: Take Exit 31 (Glen Cove Road). Turn Left onto Glen Cove Road. Turn right at the next light onto Jericho Turnpike. Go East 3/10 of a mile. *see below.
